Thank you for shopping at Aureley. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

How to Start a Return
Please email our customer service team at support@aureley.com.
Include your order number and the reason for your return.
You must contact us prior to sending anything back so we can provide return authorization and the correct return address.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after this period, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then submit a return request.

Defective or damaged items: we can only replace items that arrive damaged or faulty.
If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us by email to arrange the exchange.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Process

Once your item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival.
After inspection, we will update you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding sale items).
Refunds typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
