Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum spend and no hidden conditions.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped, meaning most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
If we expand to additional regions, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
If something doesn’t feel right, you have 60 days from delivery to request a return.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalise the transfer.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. If you’d like to exchange an item, email us at support@aureley.com and we’ll help you choose the right replacement.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If more than 7 business days have passed since shipping and your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@aureley.com and we’ll assist you right away.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it.
